The transfer of 17-year-old Moisés Paniagua to Lokomotiv Moscow has reached an impasse. According to journalist Cesar Mosquera on social network X, the Bolivian club is willing to let go of the forward for no less than €2 million, whereas Lokomotiv is not prepared to pay more than €1.2 million. In the current season, Paniagua has played eight matches for Always Ready in the Bolivian championship, scoring three goals and providing two assists. His market value is estimated at €700,000 according to Transfermarkt.
