Lille president Olivier Létang stated that four players, including 28-year-old Guinean centre-forward Mohamed Bayo, were likely to move for a permanent transfer. Létang also mentioned he was counting on countries where the transfer window remained open, such as Turkey. Bayo, who arrived at Lille from Clermont in the summer of 2022 for €14 million and did not establish himself, is expected to join Samsunspor.
