According to Corriere dello Sport, Osmajic, a 26-year-old forward from Montenegro currently with Preston, is Lecce's top target. The club aims to expedite the signing to offer Eusebio Di Francesco a new attacking option after Krstovic's exit, which leaves Francesco Camarda as the only forward in the squad. Nonetheless, Lecce is not without competition, as Cremonese and Sassuolo are also interested in acquiring Osmajic. The player's valuation ranges from 8 to 10 million euros, a substantial figure for Lecce but considered a worthwhile investment. Osmajic's contract with Preston extends until June 2027, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value at €2.50 million.
