According to Marca, Mikel Goti is moving to Córdoba in LaLiga Hypermotion on loan for the rest of the season. The 23-year-old Spanish player had received even less playing time at Real Sociedad under Pellegrino Matarazzo than with the previous coach, Sergio Francisco. The attacking midfielder renewed his contract with Real Sociedad until 2028 last April, played a total of 254 minutes for the first team, scoring two goals in the Copa del Rey, and made 4 appearances in the 2025/2026 LaLiga season. His opportunities were limited due to competition in his position from players like Brais Méndez, Luka Sucic, and Arsen Zakharyan. At Córdoba, Goti will seek to regain a prominent role and help the team, currently tenth in the league, reach at least the promotion playoffs. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €1.50m.
