Mijo Caktaš Transfer from Kocaelispor to Zrinjski
HŠK Zrinjski is reportedly interested in acquiring Mijo Caktaš, who has recently ended his contract with the Turkish club Kocaelispor. Caktaš, known for his versatility as an attacking midfielder and winger, boasts a significant career history with previous tenures at Hajduk Split, Rubin Kazan, Osijek, as well as clubs in Saudi Arabia and Turkey. He also served as the captain of Hajduk Split and has one cap for the Croatian national team. It is believed that Zrinjski's coach, Igor Štimac, who assumed his role in August after Mario Ivanković's departure, is eager to secure Caktaš as one of two new additions aimed at bolstering the squad. This potential transfer follows Štimac's first match in charge, which resulted in a draw against Breidablik in the Europa League qualifiers.
