St Mirren defender Miguel Freckleton is in advanced talks to join Austrian champions LASK. The 22-year-old centre-back joined from Sheffield United for a six-figure fee on a two-year deal in July 2025, and it is reported that he attracted interest from several other European clubs. LASK is attempting to sign Freckleton as they seek to strengthen their defence, and it is said that talks for a permanent transfer are progressing well.
