Moreirense has announced the signing of Michael Dacosta from Bournemouth. Dacosta is a 21-year-old Spanish winger who had been with Bournemouth since July 2023. The left-footed player has been capped for Spain at the U19 level. This transfer is considered historic, as he is the first to move directly between two clubs integrated within the Black Knight Football Group (BKFG). Dacosta has signed a contract valid until 2029 and joins Moreira de Cónegos on a free transfer as part of a partnership protocol between the involved clubs.
