In a discussion with Transfery.info, Michał Nalepa stated his desire to return to Arka Gdynia in the future, adding that he would like to play his final career match for the club he considers most important to him. Nalepa said that a few months earlier, after leaving his Turkish club, he received an offer from Arka which he characterized as preliminary. Although talks were held, a specific agreement was not reached. Nalepa believes that neither the club nor he were completely convinced at the time, and he was also uncertain if he wanted to return to Poland. He suggested that more specific negotiations involving financial details might have led to a different outcome.
