Independiente Santa Fe announced that Maximiliano Lovera, a 26-year-old Argentine-Paraguayan winger from Rosario Central, will join the team for the first semester of 2026 at the request of coach Pablo Repetto. Rosario Central accepted the conditions for a one-year loan for Lovera, until December 2026, which includes a purchase option for Santa Fe. Lovera is expected in Bogotá on Tuesday, February 24, to undergo medical examinations and will sign his contract with the Colombian club if they are approved.
