Hull City's owner and president, Acun Ilıcalı, announced that Matt Targett is one of three transfers already agreed for the club. Hull City signed the 30-year-old left-back on a two-year contract, which includes an option for a third year. Targett joined as a free agent after leaving Newcastle earlier this month because his contract had expired.
