Mateusz Szczepaniak: Legia Warszawa Contract Extension
Mateusz Szczepaniak was expected to leave Legia Warszawa. However, according to Marcin Szymczyk from Legia.net, he will extend his contract. His contract was supposed to extend automatically if he played 35 minutes in the last match, but this didn't happen. The situation is not lost, as confirmed by Legia Warszawa's sporting director Michał Żewłakow, who is in contact with Mateusz's father. Szczepaniak has reportedly signed a new contract until June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for another 12 months.
