FC Augsburg is among the clubs considering a move for German striker Marvin Ducksch, who could return to the Bundesliga after one year at Birmingham City. A report indicates that because Birmingham failed to secure promotion, a non-promotion clause allows the 32-year-old to be signed for approximately one million euros. Ducksch moved to England last summer for about two million euros and has a contract until 2028. Other clubs have also been linked with the forward. Hertha BSC reportedly made an inquiry in recent months, and AEK Athen and Real Sociedad were also recently named as interested parties. The forward has two caps for Germany, and his current market value is €2.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
