33-year-old Australian international Martin Boyle has signed a new one-year extension with Hibernian FC. Boyle's contract was set to expire at the end of the season but will now remain at Easter Road until June 2027. In a statement, Hibernian Head Coach David Gray said that everyone knows his feelings towards Martin Boyle and how much he values him as both a player and a person, and that he is delighted that they were able to extend his contract by another year. The centre-forward has 41 caps and 10 goals for Australia and a current Transfermarkt market value of €400k. He had been linked with a move to Aberdeen.
