Cesena is close to acquiring 23-year-old Australian central defender Mark Natta from Newcastle Jets, a club he joined in July 2022. The player, born in 2002, is out of contract and holds an Italian passport, which will facilitate his move to the country. This will be Natta's first experience outside of Australia, where his previous clubs include West Sydney Wanderers and the Jets. The defender has been capped five times by the Australia U23 national team. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €400k.
