Nicolo Schira reports that Cesena is in the final stages of completing a deal to sign Jacopo Gelli from Frosinone. Gelli is a 25-year-old Italian centre-back who joined Frosinone in July 2025. His contract with the club is set to expire in June 2028. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €750k.
