Marco Olivieri Transfer from Triestina to Cesena
According to Tuttomercato, Marco Olivieri is potentially moving to Cesena after being released from Triestina. The central forward, born in 1999, has a previous connection with Cesena's sporting director Filippo Fusco from their shared period at Juventus. It is anticipated that Olivieri will soon leave Triestina due to widely known company issues and may join Cesena on a free transfer. In his career, Olivieri has been part of teams that achieved promotion to Serie A, namely Empoli, Lecce, and Venezia. He appears to have outperformed Fabio Abiuso of Modena in the transfer race. Abiuso's transfer was hindered by Modena's demand for a one million euro permanent transfer fee, a condition Cesena was not willing to fulfill, opting instead for a loan with an option to buy. This demand also discouraged other interested clubs. Meanwhile, Cesena is continuing to bolster their attacking options and has shown interest in Riccardo Ciervo from Sassuolo.
