Al Ahli, who are the current Asian champions, are in search of a defensive midfielder and have proposed a substantial salary to Locatelli. Although Al Ahli showed readiness to raise their offer to 30 million euros, Juventus is steadfast in their resolve to retain Locatelli and is not entertaining the transfer. As a result, Al Ahli is now considering alternative options, including ongoing talks for Denis Zakaria, although they have yet to finalize a deal with him. Locatelli's contract with Juventus is valid until June 2028, and his market value is appraised by Transfermarkt at €30 million.
