Górnik Zabrze is set to sign 25-year-old Danish defensive midfielder Malthe Højholt, who played for Pisa last season and made 17 appearances in Serie A. The Danish player is a potential replacement for Patrik Hellebrand, who left for Korona Kielce. While the terms of the move to Zabrze are not yet known, Højholt's contract expires next year. He has not played in a competitive match during the current campaign. Højholt, who has two caps for the Denmark U19 team, has a current market value of €1.20m according to Transfermarkt. He had also been linked with moves to Carrarese and Mantova.
