Maksim Borisko, a 26-year-old Russian goalkeeper for Baltika Kaliningrad, addressed the possibility of moving to a more prestigious club amid previous reports of interest from Spartak Moskva. The player, who has been with Baltika since 2019, stated that while he always desires a promotion, his current focus is on achieving results in Kaliningrad. According to Sport24, Borisko also expressed his belief that a quality season could make a move to Europe possible. Borisko's contract is due to expire in June 2028 and he has made 18 appearances in the Premier Liga in the 2025/2026 season. The goalkeeper, who has not yet been capped for Russia, has a current Transfermarkt market value of €1.80m.
