Lukas Kačavenda Transfer from Dinamo Zagreb to LASK Linz
LASK is poised to acquire Lukas Kacavenda on loan from Dinamo Zagreb, according to information from the Croatian newspaper '24sata'. With several new midfield additions at Dinamo Zagreb, such as Dejan Ljubicic, Marko Soldo, Gonzalo Villar, Robert Mudrazija, and Gabriel Vidovic, Kacavenda was told that his playing time in the upcoming season would be limited. As a result, a transfer to LASK is in the works. Kacavenda has already come to terms with LASK officials. The medical examination and contract signing are anticipated to occur next week. A purchase option is included, with the sum reportedly set at 1.5 million euros. The 22-year-old, once seen as a significant talent in Croatia, had previously drawn a 7.5 million euro bid from Genoa while at NK Lokomotiva Zagreb. Despite facing challenges from knee surgeries, he has accumulated experience with 32 appearances for Dinamo in the 2024/25 season, including six outings in the UEFA Champions League, mainly as a substitute.
