There was significant interest in 31-year-old Spanish striker Loren Morón from Al Shabab, a Saudi Arabian club managed by his fellow countryman Imanol Alguacil. Morón's current club, Aris, confirmed receiving an official proposal for the player. The offer was conditional and valued at €2.5 million, an amount Aris viewed as far below their demands and under the player's €3.0 million Transfermarkt valuation. The bid was therefore rejected by the club, which did not proceed to negotiations. The player was also unreceptive to the potential move and stays at Aris, where he is under contract until 2027.
