Coventry City and Swansea City, two Championship clubs, are interested in signing 24-year-old Liel Abada on loan during the January transfer window. Both clubs are seeking a loan deal for the Charlotte FC winger. The MLS side needs to offload Abada to pursue a move for Harvey Elliott of Liverpool, whose loan at Aston Villa is likely to be cut short. Abada, an Israel international, joined the American club in March 2024 and has a contract until the end of 2026. He has earned 18 caps for Israel, scoring one goal.
