TYC reports that 33-year-old Argentinian Centre-Forward Leandro Díaz has an agreement to renew his contract with Atlético Tucumán. Almost a month after his departure from the club, Díaz reversed his decision and will continue at the institution in 2026. Díaz held meetings with the club's leadership, during which apologies were made for conflicts from recent months and a commitment was made to put aside differences and work together to prevent future crises. He joined the club in February 2025. According to Transfermarkt, the former Argentina U20 international has a current market value of €450k.
