Kirill Stepanov, a 20-year-old Russian forward from Baltika, has joined Sibir on loan. This is his second temporary move in two months. At the start of the 2026/2027 season, Stepanov was loaned to Volga, where he made three appearances for the Ulyanovsk club before being recalled. The Kaliningrad club's press service announced on their Telegram channel that an agreement for the player's new temporary transfer was reached between the clubs. His contract with Baltika Kaliningrad expires on June 30, 2030, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €250k.
