Tuttomercato reports that Torino is interested in the Italian-Nigerian midfielder Kevin Zeroli. The interest is part of a strategy, led by director Gianluca Petrachi, to sign young Italian players from Serie B. The club's new coach, Ignazio Abate, who managed the 21-year-old at Juve Stabia, reportedly considers Zeroli ready for Serie A. Zeroli is a central midfielder with primarily offensive skills and spent last season on loan at Juve Stabia from his parent club, Milan. Any negotiations would have to take place with Milan. The player is reportedly eager to revive his career after a previous season was affected by numerous injuries.
