Deportivo Alavés and Grupo Pachuca are interested in signing 24-year-old Independiente defender Kevin Lomónaco. The Spanish club, which plays in La Liga, has reportedly submitted an offer of a net 3 million euros for 50 percent of the player's transfer rights.
