It is reported that Arsenal and Manchester United have sent scouts to watch Kaua Elias, a 20-year-old striker for Shakhtar Donetsk. Representatives from both clubs were present when Elias scored a hat-trick this week. AC Milan and Porto also have an interest in the player, and it is suggested that his asking price would probably be around £30m.
