Two Serie B clubs, Cesena and Carrarese, have shown interest in Casertana's 27-year-old Croatian forward, Karlo Butić. A move to Cesena would be a return for the player, who previously played for the club in the 2019/2020 season. During that season in Serie C, he made 27 appearances and scored 10 goals. Butić joined Casertana in January 2026 and has a contract with the club until June 30, 2028. He has also made two appearances for the Croatia U20 team, scoring one goal. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €250k.
