Legia Warszawa was interested in signing Arsenal's goalkeeper Karl Hein during the winter transfer window, a fact confirmed by sporting director Michał Żewłakow. The deal was very difficult to complete and ultimately the transfer was not completed, with Legia signing Otto Hindrich instead. Hein has a contract with Arsenal until June 2026 and Genoa has also been linked with a move for the goalkeeper.
