The 26-year-old has signed a contract for three seasons and will wear the number 17 shirt. He is moving to Ligue 1 after a seven-year period in Germany, during which he played for clubs that included Arminia Bielefeld and the third-division side Rot-Weiss Essen. The Norman club noted that Mizuta is described as a hard-working player who loves to provide assists and that he aims to help the team stay in the top flight of French football.
