A February report indicated that Como 1907 was one of several international clubs interested in FSV Mainz 05's Kacper Potulski. The report's list also included Inter and AC Milan, Chelsea, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Brentford. More recently, former player Tomasz Hajto said that multiple teams from Germany, such as Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund, are also monitoring the 18-year-old. Hajto added that other clubs from England and Italy are interested in Potulski. Potulski's contract at Mainz runs until 2028 and reportedly does not have a release clause.
