KRC Genk and AC Milan have reached an agreement for the transfer of Juwensley Onstein. The player is an 18-year-old central defender who holds Dutch and Surinamese citizenship. According to Matteo Moretto, the deal for Onstein to join Milan Futuro is very close, with negotiations at an advanced stage. The Dutch player, who was a key figure for Jong Genk this season, has an expiring contract, allowing Genk to receive a small fee for him. Onstein had joined the Belgian club on a free transfer in October 2023 after leaving Ajax, but did not break into the first team. He is expected to sign for AC Milan soon. The defender has five caps for the Netherlands U18 team and his current market value is €200k.
