QPR have agreed a deal to sign striker Justin Obikwu from Coventry City. An agreement in principle is in place for the 21-year-old from Brent to return to London for an initial fee of £500,000. Personal terms are still to be agreed and there are other clubs interested in Obikwu. Obikwu is a Trinidad & Tobago international. Coventry have recalled him from a season-long loan at Lincoln City in order to sell him.

It is stated that it is unlikely that Justin Obikwu has been recalled to be part of Frank Lampard's first team squad and therefore more likely that the Sky Blues Academy graduate will be transferred to another club, either on loan or permanently.
