Mihai Stoica stated that 32-year-old Italian midfielder Juri Cisotti will almost certainly be offered a contract extension by FCSB. Stoica said he is sure and that although Cisotti still has time left, he will be offered an extension. Stoica also said that Gigi (Becali) never lets important players enter their final year of contract, adding that there are even players with three years remaining and that Becali says he does not take risks. According to Stoica, all important players at the club have contracts for four or five years. Cisotti's current contract runs until June 30, 2027, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €800k.
