Rosario Central have made inquiries about Julián Fernández, a 21-year-old Argentinian former Vélez player who is currently with New York City in the MLS, as they seek a right winger to finalize their squad. The club also contacted Luca Langoni of the New England Revolution for the same position. Negotiations for these potential transfers are not yet resolved. Fernández joined his current club in August 2023 for a reported fee of €6.0M and is under contract until the end of 2027. The Argentina U20 international has also been linked with São Paulo. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €4.00m.
