Jovo Lukić has attracted interest from Germany, with Bundesliga side Hoffenheim and second-tier team St. Pauli having been linked with the player. Speaking to VOYO Sport LIVE, Universitatea Cluj's president, Radu Constantea, confirmed the club has received two advanced, official offers for Lukić. He explained that the club analyzed these proposals but declined them because they did not meet its financial requirements. Constantea stated that the club expects to receive at least €3 million for the transfer, justifying this figure by noting that Lukić was the previous season's top scorer and also scored at the World Cup. While FCSB is also reportedly interested, the president clarified that no official discussions have occurred with them. He reiterated that selling Lukić is not a primary objective, but a transfer would be considered if it represents a good opportunity for the player and the club receives what it considers the correct sum.
