The Championship side Partick Thistle announced that goalkeeper Josh Clarke has agreed to a permanent move to Maryhill. Clarke is currently on loan at Firhill from Celtic. Clarke and his teammate Ben McPherson will stay with Partick Thistle until the end of the current season, and Clarke will complete the move in the summer. The goalkeeper has impressed this season, having featured in 23 matches for the team managed by Mark Wilson. Clarke’s contract with Celtic was scheduled to continue until next season, which makes his departure an early exit.
