Josh Mulligan, a 23-year-old versatile Scottish central midfielder for Hibernian, has again been linked with a move to Ibrox, a club with which he has been connected in the past. Hibs reportedly do not want to sell Mulligan. After Rangers did not sign him for free last summer, it is considered unlikely that a large sum would be spent on him now. Mulligan's contract with Hibernian is valid until May 2029. The Scotland U21 international has also been linked with Celtic. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is €1.50m.
