Celtic are reportedly interested in signing Hibs' Scottish midfielder Josh Mulligan, as manager Wilfried Nancy seeks to strengthen his midfield. Mulligan joined Hibs from Dundee in the summer on a free transfer, after substantial interest from Rangers. He has been a regular player for his team, contributing 1 goal and 3 assists in 18 appearances in the Scottish Premiership this season. His form this year led to his first Scotland call-up, and he also has 14 caps for the U21 side. According to the Daily Mail, Celtic are on the list of interested clubs and could submit a bid in January. Premier League sides Leeds and Nottingham Forest are also monitoring the 23-year-old. His current market value is €1.20m, according to Transfermarkt. A significant offer would likely be required for Hibs to consider a mid-season sale, as Mulligan is under contract until 2029 and the club is confident his value will not drop before the summer.
