Flamengo is reportedly the leading club to sign 19-year-old winger Joel Sebastian Romero from America de Cali, having taken significant steps in recent days to try and secure a deal on a loan with an option for a permanent transfer. The Brazilian club faces competition from Europe for the right-footed player, who was born in 2006. Sturm Graz and Olympique Marsiglia, managed by De Zerbi, are also interested in the Colombian player, with competition for his transfer expected in January.
