Joel Ordóñez Transfer from Club Brugge to Al Hilal
Joel Ordóñez has drawn attention from Al Hilal, which proposed a lucrative annual salary of seven million euros. The 21-year-old Ecuadorian defender, who plays for Club Brugge, was left out of the squad for recent matches against KV Mechelen and RB Salzburg, officially due to a minor hamstring injury. Nonetheless, negotiations with Al Hilal are ongoing, and the club is ready to offer more than seven million euros per season. Despite the attractive offer, Ordóñez reportedly prefers a move to Olympique Marseille, a club that has shown significant interest and is prepared to pay over 30 million euros. Club Brugge is still evaluating its options, leaving Ordóñez's future transfer destination uncertain. His contract with the Belgian club runs until June 30, 2028, and Transfermarkt currently values him at €28 million.
