Despite being part of over twenty new additions to Estrela da Amadora this season, Resende found it challenging to claim a spot in the attacking lineup, featuring in matches against Estoril and Benfica for a mere ten minutes in total, where he was utilized out of his usual position as a right winger. The loan move to Ponferradina was finalized on a busy transfer deadline day at Estrela's offices, and it is set to last for the entire season. Resende's contract with Estrela da Amadora remains valid until 2028, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €350k.
