Jere Vrcić, a 21-year-old Croatian winger, is a new player for Birkirkara. He joined the club in Malta after a mutual termination of his contract with Croatia Zmijavci this winter. Vrcić was previously a member of the Hajduk junior team that reached the UEFA Youth League final in April 2023. The Croatian youth international has three caps for the U19 team and his new contract is valid until June 2026. In 16 league appearances this season for his former club, he scored four goals and provided one assist. Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €250k.
