According to reports from Norway, Austrian champions RB Salzburg and Dutch club Feyenoord are expected to compete with Cardiff City for 20-year-old Norwegian midfielder Jens Hjertø-Dahl. The package includes £7.8 million with add-ons and an upfront fee of approximately 80 million kroner (£6.2m). Both RB Salzburg and Feyenoord observed Hjertø-Dahl over the summer and are now considering matching Cardiff's financial offer following the progression of negotiations between the Bluebirds and Tromsø.
