The Norwegian U21 international, who has 6 caps for the side, was also a consideration for Sheffield United and Sunderland during the summer. According to The Rangers Review, Hjerto-Dahl is of interest to the Ibrox recruitment team after recent impressive performances for both his club and country. Amid rising interest in the 20-year-old, who joined Tromso in October 2022 and is under contract until the end of 2027, the club is said to be seeking a fee of around £3.5 million.
