Wieczysta Kraków, a newly promoted Ekstraklasa side, is interested in signing Polish goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk from Leicester City, following a previous unsuccessful attempt to acquire Mateusz Kochalski. The club is targeting the 25-year-old. Wieczysta believes there is an opportunity to approach the keeper, thinking he will be more available following Leicester's relegation from the Championship. Stolarczyk, who made 36 appearances in the Championship last season, is described as a high-quality player. It is reported that the Polish club intends to take advantage of his contract situation; his contract expires at the end of June 2027. Stolarczyk joined Leicester City in July 2023 and has one cap for the Poland U21 national team. According to Transfermarkt, his current valuation is €1.80m.
