FC Köln plans to extend the contract of 20-year-old Jaka Cuber Potocnik. The Slovenian U21 international is currently on loan at third-division club Rot-Weiss Essen, and this deal could be extended for another season to provide him with more match practice. Potocnik joined Köln in 2022 from Olimpija Ljubljana, a transfer that resulted in a legal dispute and a transfer ban for the German club.
