Bild has reported that VfB Stuttgart is signing Jacob Danquah from the regional league team Stuttgarter Kickers. Danquah is a 21-year-old German central defender who has made 25 appearances and provided 4 assists in the current season. He is initially intended for VfB's U21 team, which plays in the third division. The club's management hopes that Danquah will, in the long term, become a significant player for the U21 side. Danquah joined the Kickers in July 2025 and has a contract that is valid until June 2028. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €100k.
