Sportske Novosti reports that there is growing interest from wealthier clubs in 20-year-old Croatian winger Ivan Canjuga following his impressive performances. It is expected that if Ivan Canjuga continues his current form, he will become a target for clubs much wealthier than Varaždin as early as this winter. In addition to Osijek, other clubs reportedly interested are Dinamo, Hajduk, and Rijeka. It is suggested that Dinamo could be the leading contender, and possibly the only club able to pay the transfer fee, which is anticipated to be several million. Canjuga joined NK Varazdin in January 2026 and is under contract until the end of 2028; he has also been capped four times for the Croatia U21 national team.
