Dutch winger Ibrahimi Cissoko, 22, who was previously loaned to Plymouth and Sheffield Wednesday, will remain in England as Toulouse FC announced his loan to Bolton Wanderers, a club in the third tier of English football, with an option to buy. Cissoko joined Toulouse in the summer of 2023 from NEC Nijmegen and played 15 matches, scoring 1 goal and providing 1 assist. The announcement of his move to Bolton was made on August 13, 2025.
